Tabata Gymnastics RopeTabata:
- Rope Climbs (4 minutes)
- Handstand Push-ups (4 minutes)
Instructions:
Perform 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement. Complete 8 rounds of each movement before moving on to the next. Score is total reps completed for both movements combined.
Equipment:
- Rope
- Wall for handstand push-ups
Notes:
Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the Tabata. Focus on technique and efficiency to maximize reps.
