Rounds-for-Time Gymnastics Dumbbell

For Time:


  • 50 Handstand Push-ups
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Box Jumps
  • 20 Burpee Muscle-ups
  • 10 Pistol Squats (each leg)

Equipment:
- Dumbbell for Pistol Squats


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Note: Focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout, especially during the more challenging gymnastics movements like the burpee muscle-ups.
