AMRAP Gymnastics Bench

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)
  • 25 Air Squats

Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of the prescribed reps for each movement. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity and quality of movement throughout the workout. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to keep moving for the entire duration.
