EMOM Gymnastics Slam Ball

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- 5 Handstand Push-ups
- 10 Toes-to-Bar
- 15 Air Squats


Equipment:
- Slam Ball


Instructions:
Complete the prescribed reps of each movement within the minute, resting for the remainder of the minute before starting the next round. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
