Chipper Gymnastics Kettlebell

For Time:
- 50 Toes-to-Bar
- 40 Handstand Push-ups
- 30 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
- 20 Ring Muscle-ups
- 10 Pistol Squats (each leg)


Equipment:
- Kettlebell (optional for weighted pistols)


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Note: Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and form throughout the workout.
