For Time Gymnastics Slam BallFor Time:
- 50 Toes to Bar
- 40 Handstand Push-ups
- 30 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
- 20 Burpee Box Jump Overs
- 10 Muscle-ups
Equipment:
- Slam Ball (optional for added challenge)
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
Instructions:
Complete each exercise in order, breaking up reps as needed. Scale movements as necessary to maintain intensity and form. Optional: Perform 10 Slam Ball over-the-shoulder throws after each set of exercises for an added challenge.
