AMRAP Gymnastics Peg Board

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 5 Strict Handstand Push-ups
  • 10 Toes-to-Bar
  • 15 Air Squats
  • 1 Peg Board Ascent

Instructions:
- Perform as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes.
- Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and proper form.
- Focus on strict form for the gymnastics movements to build strength and skill.
