- 50 Handstand Push-ups
- 40 Toes-to-Bar
- 30 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
- 20 Pistol Squats (each leg)
- 10 Ring Muscle-ups
Equipment:
- Bench for Pistol Squats
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
