  • 50 Handstand Push-ups
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Pull-ups
  • 20 Burpee Box Jumps
  • 10 Muscle-ups

Equipment: Bench for Burpee Box Jumps
Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Make sure to scale the movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity throughout the workout. Push yourself to complete each gymnastics movement with good technique and efficiency.
