  • 50 Pull-ups
  • 40 Handstand Push-ups
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Burpee Box Jumps
  • 10 Muscle-ups

Equipment:
- Resistance Band for assistance on Pull-ups and Toes-to-Bar

- Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and proper form.
