Chipper Gymnastics Resistance Band

For Time:


  • 50 Pull-ups
  • 40 Handstand Push-ups
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Burpee Muscle-ups
  • 10 Pistols (each leg)

Equipment:
- Resistance Band for assistance on Pull-ups or modifications for Handstand Push-ups


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Notes: Make sure to scale the movements as needed to maintain proper form and technique throughout the workout. This chipper will test your gymnastics skills and endurance.
