EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Minute 1: 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • Minute 2: 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • Minute 3: 20 Pistols (alternating legs)
  • Minute 4: Rest

Equipment: Dumbbell
