Rounds-for-Time Gymnastics BoxFor Time:
- 50 Pull-ups
- 40 Handstand Push-ups
- 30 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Ring Muscle-ups
- 10 Bar Muscle-ups
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
Instructions: Perform all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and technique. Keep a steady pace throughout the workout to push through the gymnastic challenges.
