AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs)


Notes:
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or push-ups if needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises or sit-ups if needed.
- Choose a wall ball weight that allows for consistent movement throughout the workout.
