AMRAP Gymnastics Slam BallAMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Box Jumps
- 25 Slam Ball Sit-ups
Equipment:
- Slam Ball
Notes:
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or dumbbell shoulder presses if needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises or V-ups if needed.
- Choose a box height that challenges you but allows for quick transitions.
- Slam ball sit-ups are performed by holding the slam ball to the chest and touching it to the ground behind you on each rep.
