- 50 Handstand Push-ups
- 40 Toes-to-Bar
- 30 Pull-ups
- 20 Burpee Box Jumps
- 10 Ring Muscle-ups

- Kettlebell for the Burpee Box Jumps


Time Cap: 20 Minutes
