Chipper Gymnastics Peg BoardFor Time:
- 50 Handstand Push-ups
- 40 Toes-to-Bar
- 30 Pistols (alternating legs)
- 20 Ring Muscle-ups
- 10 Peg Board Ascents
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
Instructions:
Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and safety. Make sure to focus on proper form, especially during the gymnastics movements. Rest as needed, but push yourself to keep moving through the workout.
