For Time:


  • 50 Pull-ups
  • 40 Handstand Push-ups
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Ring Muscle-ups

Instructions:
- Complete each set of reps before moving on to the next movement.
- Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and form.
- Time cap: 20 minutes.
