Chipper Gymnastics Dumbbell

For Time:


  • 50 Handstand Push-ups
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 20 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)
  • 10 Pistol Squats (each leg)

Equipment:
- Dumbbell (optional for added challenge on pistol squats)
Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Note: Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and form throughout the workout. Focus on quality reps over speed.
