AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Kettlebell Swings


Gymnastics: Handstand Push-ups, Toes-to-Bar
Kettlebell Weight: 24/16 kg


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 handstand push-ups, 15 toes-to-bar, and 20 kettlebell swings. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
