For Time:


  • 50 Handstand Push-ups
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Pull-ups
  • 20 Ring Dips
  • 10 Muscle-ups

Equipment: Bench for Ring Dips


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Complete the reps of each gymnastics movement before moving on to the next. Scale movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity.
