  • 40 Handstand Push-ups
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 10 Handstand Walk (10 feet increments)

Equipment: Resistance Band for Pull-ups


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: This workout is designed to challenge your gymnastics skills and endurance. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and form throughout the workout.
