  • 50 GHD Sit-ups
  • 40 Handstand Push-ups
  • 30 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
  • 20 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 10 Handstand Walk (10 ft increments)

Time Cap: 20 Minutes
