AMRAP Gymnastics Bench

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)
  • 25 Air Squats

Notes:
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or dumbbell shoulder press if needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises if necessary.
- Choose a box height that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
- Keep a steady pace and aim to complete as many rounds and reps as possible within the 20-minute time cap.
