Chipper Gymnastics Resistance BandChipper For Time:
- 50 Box Jumps
- 40 Toes to Bar
- 30 Handstand Push-Ups
- 20 Pull-Ups
- 10 Muscle-Ups
Equipment: Resistance Band for assisted pull-ups and muscle-ups
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
Note: Scale movements as needed and focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout.
