Chipper For Time:


  • 50 Box Jumps
  • 40 Toes to Bar
  • 30 Handstand Push-Ups
  • 20 Pull-Ups
  • 10 Muscle-Ups

Equipment: Resistance Band for assisted pull-ups and muscle-ups
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Note: Scale movements as needed and focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout.
