AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 5 Peg Board Ascents
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar

Notes:
- For the peg board ascents, athletes must climb up and touch each peg before descending.
- Scale handstand push-ups as needed to ensure proper form and safety.
- Keep a steady pace throughout the workout to maximize rounds completed.
