Rounds-for-Time Gymnastics Peg BoardFor Time:

- Handstand Push-ups
- 3 Peg Board Ascents after each round
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
Instructions: Perform 21 Toes-to-Bar, 21 Handstand Push-ups, and 3 Peg Board Ascents, then move on to 15 of each, followed by 3 Peg Board Ascents, and finish with 9 of each and 3 Peg Board Ascents. The workout is completed when the final Peg Board Ascent is completed. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity.
