AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Medicine Ball Cleans

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 handstand push-ups, 15 toes-to-bar, and 20 medicine ball cleans. Make sure to scale the movements as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to keep moving efficiently throughout the entire AMRAP.
