Tabata Gymnastics Bench

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Handstand Push-Ups
    • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:
- Bench


Instructions:
Perform as many handstand push-ups as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before beginning the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Scale the movement if needed by doing pike push-ups on the bench.
