Tabata Gymnastics BenchTabata:
- 8 rounds of:
- 20 seconds of Handstand Push-Ups
- 10 seconds of rest
Equipment:
- Bench
Instructions:
Perform as many handstand push-ups as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before beginning the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Scale the movement if needed by doing pike push-ups on the bench.
