EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 10 Toes-to-Bar
  • Even minutes: 15 Slam Ball Over-the-Shoulder

Alternate between the Toes-to-Bar and Slam Ball Over-the-Shoulder movements every minute. Focus on maintaining good form and consistency throughout the workout. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity.
