AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Box Jumps (24/20")
- 250m SkiErg


Notes:
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or dumbbell shoulder press if needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises if necessary.
- Choose a box height that allows for quick and efficient reps.
- Push the pace on the SkiErg to maximize rounds completed in the time cap.
