Chipper Gymnastics Bench

For Time:


  • 50 Handstand Push-ups
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 20 Burpee Box Jumps
  • 10 Rope Climbs

Equipment:
- Bench for Burpee Box Jumps
- Rope for Rope Climbs


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Instructions:
Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Scale movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity. Focus on efficient transitions between exercises to maximize time under tension.
