  • 15 Handstand Push-ups
  • 20 Toes-to-Bar
  • 25 Box Jumps
  • 250m Row

Notes:
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or seated dumbbell press if needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to knees-to-chest or hanging knee raises if necessary.
- Choose a box height that allows for quick transitions and consistent movement.
- Push the pace on the rower to maximize rounds completed.
