  • 50 Pull-Ups
  • 40 Handstand Push-Ups
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Burpee Box Jump Overs
  • 10 Muscle-Ups

Equipment: Pull-Up Bar, Box


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Modify movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity.
