  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Burpee Box Jump Overs
  • 20 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
  • 10 Pistols (each leg)

Kettlebell: 24kg/16kg
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
