EMOM Gymnastics Wall Ball

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 10 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)
- Even minutes: 5 Toes-to-Bar


Instructions: Perform 10 Wall Balls at the start of each odd minute, then rest until the next minute begins. Perform 5 Toes-to-Bar at the start of each even minute, then rest until the next minute begins. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes.


Notes: Focus on maintaining good form throughout each movement and try to keep a consistent pace throughout the workout. Adjust the rep scheme as needed to maintain intensity and challenge yourself.
