  • 50 Handstand Push-ups
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 20 Handstand Walk (10 ft increments)

- Bench for Handstand Push-ups


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Notes: Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and mechanics throughout the workout. Focus on quality reps over speed.
