AMRAP Gymnastics Stationary Bike

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 15 Handstand Push-ups
  • 20 Toes-to-Bar
  • 25 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)
  • 30 Calorie Assault Bike

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes. Scale the gymnastics movements as needed to maintain intensity and proper form throughout the workout. Make sure to pace yourself on the assault bike to maintain consistency throughout the duration of the AMRAP.
