Tabata Gymnastics Kettlebell

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Handstand Push-ups
    • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:
- Kettlebell
- Gymnastics mat


Instructions:
Perform as many handstand push-ups as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Make sure to scale the movement if needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
