EMOM Gymnastics DumbbellEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd Minutes: 10 Handstand Push-ups
- Even Minutes: 15 Toes-to-Bar
Equipment:
- Dumbbell
- Gymnastics mat (for handstand push-ups)
Notes:
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or seated dumbbell presses if needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises or V-ups if necessary.
- Aim to complete each set unbroken and focus on quality movement throughout the workout.
