AMRAP Gymnastics Slam Ball

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Box Jumps


Equipment:
- Slam Ball


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 handstand push-ups, 15 toes-to-bar, and 20 box jumps. Use a slam ball as needed for scaling or added difficulty on the box jumps. Keep a steady pace and focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout.
