  • 50 Handstand Push-ups
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 20 Pistol Squats (per leg)
  • 10 Rope Climbs

Equipment:
- Resistance Band for scaling options


Time Cap: 20 Minutes
