EMOM Gymnastics Slam BallEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 10 Handstand Push-ups
- Even minutes: 15 Toes-to-Bar
Equipment:
- Slam Ball (optional)
Notes:
- Scale the handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or dumbbell shoulder presses if needed.
- Scale the toes-to-bar to knee raises or hanging knee raises if needed.
- This workout will challenge both upper body pushing and core strength. Remember to pace yourself to maintain consistent reps throughout each minute.
