  • 50 Pull-ups
  • 40 Handstand Push-ups
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 10 Burpee Box Jumps

Equipment:
- Bench for box jumps
- Pull-up bar
- Rings


Time Cap: 20 Minutes
