EMOM Gymnastics Rope

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 5 Strict Pull-ups
- Even minutes: 10 Handstand Push-ups


Instructions:
- For the odd minutes, complete 5 strict pull-ups. Focus on maintaining proper form throughout each rep.
- For the even minutes, complete 10 handstand push-ups. Scale as needed to ensure proper range of motion and safety.
- Rest the remainder of each minute after completing the required reps.
- This workout will challenge both upper body pulling and pushing strength, as well as balance and coordination in the handstand push-ups. Adjust reps as needed based on individual skill level.
