AMRAP Gymnastics Assault Bike

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 GHD Sit-ups
- 25 Double Unders


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to work through each movement efficiently. Have fun and challenge yourself!
