EMOM Skill RigEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd Minutes: 5 Strict Handstand Push-ups
- Even Minutes: 10 Toes-to-Bar
Equipment Needed:
- Rig (for pull-ups and toes-to-bar)
Notes:
Perform 5 strict handstand push-ups on the odd minutes and 10 toes-to-bar on the even minutes for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust the reps as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
