For Time:
- 30 Handstand Push-ups
- 500 Meter Row
- 20 Toes-to-Bar
- 500 Meter Row
- 10 Muscle-ups
- 500 Meter Row


Notes:
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or regular push-ups if needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises if necessary.
- Scale muscle-ups to pull-ups and dips if muscle-ups are not yet achievable.


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
