  • 40 Handstand Push-ups
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 10 Pistols (each leg)

Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Note: Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
