- 40 Toes-to-Bar
- 30 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
- 20 Ring Muscle-ups
- 10 Strict Handstand Push-ups

- Bench


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Notes:
- Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and safety.
- Focus on good form and full range of motion throughout the workout.
